Seasonal Garden Cafe

Hey! It’s meeeeeee, Ellieeeeeee!

Welcome back again to my blog! I have been wanting to post this for a while now because it was a really good place to eat and it was perfect for an autumn day out! So I wanted to share this knowledge with you and basically just tell you how amazing it was! 🤣

Recently in Autumn, we went out into the country for the day where we had lunch at a new Gluten Free place we discovered called ‘The Seasonal Garden Cafe’. This place is really cool because their menu is based on the food that grows in the garden. So as it was Autumn there was pumpkins, lettuce, sweet potato, beans, broccoli and many many more. It’s also all grown from their garden which is outside where you sit! Inside, it gave such a warm and cosy feeling – pillows on couches, timber, warm lighting and incredible decor everywhere. Outside on the deck, there was all these beautiful hanging macrame plants of all different colours. And then beyond the deck was the garden where you can walk around and look at the pretty nature. This was definitely my favourite part.

Menu – 4/5

The food was fresh and all organic which just was full of flavour and colour. It is absolutely delicious and completely 100% gluten free and safe for coeliacs (me). They knew about contamination and knew what they were doing. There was many selections and a great variety of food choice.

Food 5/5

The food was delicious! I had potted eggs and beans. It had eggs, 4 pieces of toast, seasonal veggies, sweet potato chips and beans. I also had a smoothie which was Banana Split. There was so so many choices and they are very flexible with their food too.  All their food is just amazing and top quality. There is breakfast meals (including delicous pancakes), lunch, dinner, sides, snacks, an abundance of desserts, cakes and slices and many many drink types like teas, smoothies, fresh juices and more. AMAZING! SOOOOO GOOD!

Pricing 4/5

The prices are mostly all average and normal for healthy food (so not your take away prices!). It really depend on what you are buying. The drinks are amazingly priced (CHEAP) and they give you A LOT! While the lunch and dinner meals are a bit o the pricy side. I’ll just say that if you are buying for a family of five it can be quite expensive…but it’s totally worth it every once in a while.

Decor and Setting 5/5

OH MY GODDDDD!!!!! This place is magical! The gardens are amazing and full of flowers, colour and veggies! It is perfect for photos and it is well kept. It is such a pretty place to just sit down and eat some delicious food! Inside, it is also beautiful and it gives a really warm calm feeling – with timber, white tables, pillows, pumpkins everywhere and pretty decorations.

Overall, the amazing seasonal garden cafe is probably my absolute favourite place to go and eat out (even though it is quite far away!) I loved coming here and tasting all the amazing food that they made. It was all delicious! Soooooo goooood! I definitely recommend going there for a nice day out. It is in Hahndorf, SA (Australia) in the Main Street.

Thankyoooooooooo all for reading my post about this little/big Cafe and I hope it inspired you to check it out!

Have a lovely day, byeeeeeeeeee

Oh my gosh, I’m 14 and I have coeliac disease too! I am so happy to find someone else who has it and understands the struggles!!! How long have you been gluten-free? I’ve been gluten free for 2 years since I was diagnosed. It looks like we have a LOT in common! I’ve always wanted to visit England! I live in Los Angeles, California. 🙂 I am absolutely loving your blog by the way! I feel like we could be great friends! And you love fashion too?? Awesome! Do you by any chance happen to be lactose-intolerant? I am. 🙂
    p.s. your photography is AMAZING.
p.p.s. I love your blogging aesthetic!
